General services or products without an expiry date and illegal goods cannot be traded on the platform, nor can living creatures (pets, etc.), weapons or medicines/drugs. Named services or products that would lose their validity if sold cannot be passed on on Flash Chance either.

What does it cost to use Flash Chance?

The use of Flash Chance is basically free of charge for all users. For online transactions, a small service commission (of at least €5 or 7%) is retained by the buyer. This allows us to offer both buyers and sellers payment protection and expand our service. In addition, sellers have the option of making their adverts even more visible or actively sending them to certain user groups by means of voluntary additional packages for a fee. After a successful sale (without a complaint), the amount is transferred after 7 days.

Because all offers are ‘opportunities’ that are no longer valid after a certain date, these opportunities are automatically removed from the system after a certain date has passed.

The creation of this seller profile is limited to a few details that are important for the transaction and only takes a short time. A Stripe account is created when you first register so that you can receive money from transactions quickly and safely.

How can I take advantage of opportunities on Flash Chance?

Important: If an offer is online, be quick! As every offer is unique, the following principle applies: those who decide quickly win the race! If you have any questions, please contact the provider or click on the ‘Buy’ button to complete the transaction.

What can I do if I am not satisfied with the processing of a transaction?

Our payment system guarantees buyers and sellers that the money will be ‘frozen’ for up to 90 days until the transaction has been processed satisfactorily for both parties. If you are not satisfied with the way the transaction was processed, please contact our customer service directly. We will be happy to help you contact the seller or prospective buyer again.

How do I delete one of my offers on Flash Chance?

All offers are automatically deleted from the platform after the set period of validity has expired or after they have been passed on or purchased. If you want to delete an offer before this period expires, you can do this directly in your seller profile.

How do I delete my seller profile on Flash Chance?

‘Flash Chance’ seller profiles can be permanently deleted directly in the settings of your own account. Any active offers for which no transaction has yet been initiated are automatically deleted from the platform.

What do I do if I don't want to realise a promised transaction after all?

As soon as an opportunity has been purchased via the platform, it is purchased. Of course, every user has the option of creating a new advert on Flash Chance and can therefore post purchased opportunities for resale.
